    2. Over the weekend, I purchased a membership by the selecting the 9.99 membership. However, I was able to log on a few days ago. However, now I can no longer log in. The email is correct, and I reset the password. However, the link to reset never came to my email. It is not in the junk email either. Can anyone share if they had the same experience with this problem. Thank you in advance, Audrey
