Hello! I have been having trouble logging into my paid account. I have tried contacting customer support and I believe they tried to get back to me with an email. However, I can’t seem to find the email with the intructions anywhere in my inbox. I understand you have me under a different email that I do not have access to. Please advise on the next steps as soon as possible as I need these asap to finsh out the school year!

Over the weekend, I purchased a membership by the selecting the 9.99 membership. However, I was able to log on a few days ago. However, now I can no longer log in. The email is correct, and I reset the password. However, the link to reset never came to my email. It is not in the junk email either. Can anyone share if they had the same experience with this problem. Thank you in advance, Audrey

Hello! I have already subscribed, but I can’t remember the login credentials. I used my email connected with my PayPal to sign up and when I click on “Forgot Password,” I get an error message saying the email address is incorrect.
I’m wondering if we still have a subscription through Tahoe Tutoring or if it expired. I have opened my own company, but also have affiliation with Tahoe Tutoring. Please advise. If it’s expired I’d like to repurchase a subscription.
Also, we spoke a while ago about LETRS training and you mentioned your interest. Were you ever able to do so? If not, please let me know, and I may be of assistance.
